Jeu de rôle (Role Play)

In this section the candidate has to perform a role play where he/she has to become a customer and purchase a product or a service.

There are few steps which can be followed :

First greet the vendor/service provider (by using these phrases):

Eg : Bonjour madame/ Bonjour monsieur.

As a customer, tell what are you looking for (by using these phrases) :

Eg : Je voudrais ……………

       J’aimerais …………………..

       J’ai besoin …………………….

       Il me faut ..................

Ask the price (by using these phrases):

Eg : Combien ça coûte?

       Combien ça fait?

       Quels sont les frais? (what is the fee?)

Pay the price (using these phrases):

Eg : Comment je peux payez? Par chèque ou en espèces?

       Vous acceptez la catre (bancaire)?

Say Bye – Bye (using these phrases):

Eg : Merci, au revoir

       Merci, bonne journée/bonne soirée
