Aller (to go)

Aller (to go) -  Present tense

Je vais à Paris - I go to Paris.

Tu vas au cinéma. - You go to the cinema hall.

Il/Elle va à la piscine. - He/She goes to the pool.

Nous allons à l’école. - We go to the school.

Vous allez au théâtre. - You go to the theatre.

Ils/Elles vont aux magasins. - They go to the shops.

Contracted Articles 

à - before City

à + le    = au - before masculine place

à + La   = à la - before feminine place

à + l'     = à l' - before vowel starting place

à + les  = aux - before plural place

Le futur proche

This tense is formed by conjugating the verb “aller” in the present tense and then the main verb should be in infinitive form.

Formation : 

 [Subject + Aller + Infinitive form of main verb]
